The Board of the Tuvalu Fisheries Authority (TFA) has formally issued a Domestic Based Foreign Fishing Vessel Declaration under section 6(5) of the Fisheries Management Act 2025.
In exercising its powers under the Act, the Board has determined that the vessels listed below will operate in Tuvalu under approved charter arrangements and will make a substantial contribution to the development of Tuvalu’s tuna industry.
