The Tuvalu Fisheries Authority (TFA) is pleased to make available the Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) for the Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program – Second Phase for Economic Resilience (PROPER), Project No. P179599.

The SEP outlines how the Project will engage with communities, fishers, government agencies and other stakeholders throughout implementation. It promotes inclusive participation, transparent information sharing, consultation and accessible grievance mechanisms.
