The Tuvalu Fisheries Authority (TFA) is pleased to share the Labour Management Procedure (LMP) for the Tuvalu Pacific Islands Regional Oceanscape Program – Second Phase for Economic Resilience (TV PROPER) Project (P179599).
The LMP outlines the project’s approach to fair employment, worker health and safety, non-discrimination, prevention of child and forced labour, and mechanisms for workers to raise grievances. It has been prepared in accordance with Tuvalu’s national labour requirements and the World Bank’s Environmental and Social Standard 2 (ESS2).
